Fees & Disbursements

If you hire me as your lawyer, I will draft a retainer agreement that takes into account your financial circumstances and which reflects the time and complexity involved in successfully resolving your case. I usually work on a flat fee basis which caps our agreement for fees and disbursements. Senior lawyers do not typically accept legal aid certificates; however, I consider each matter on a case-by-case basis.
